ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OFFICER

What will you be doing
As Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring debtor accounts, whilst also supporting the processes and procedures of the Business.
This will be achieved by :
- Invoicing customers for Mirage Doors Qld based companies
- Send invoices raised to customers, including subcontractors statements and statutory declarations, and file all paperwork related to completed jobs
- Monitor pay apps and various other portal for Mirage Doors Qld customers and chase accordingly
- Maintain all receivables related records in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage credit exposure through proactive credit control and collection functions
- Continuously improve collections within credit terms to maximise cash flow
- Liaising with the branches and sales staff to resolve issues with invoices
- Tracking overdue invoices, sending reminder to customers in a timely manner and sending monthly statements.
- Performing routine documentation and general administrative duties associated with the monitoring of ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE.
- Contract Administration support (Bank Guarantees, Deed of Release, etc)
- Demonstrate integrity, resilience, accountability and ethical behaviour.
- Ability to take initiative, maintain effective work habits and produce high quality results.
