Accounts Receivable Officer

Accounts Receivable Officer | Immediate Start | Archerfield | Hourly Rate Negotiable Depending on ExperienceJoin a well established business in South Brisbane as an Accounts Receivable Officer.You will be:

• Accurately processing high volumes of data
• Reviewing consignment notes and proof of delivery documents (PODs)
• Ensuring compliance with POD scanning
• Checking customer paperwork
• Validating and entering charges
• Clearing outstanding items promptly
• Providing reception support (front door, phones, mail dispatch)
• Suggesting process improvements
• Assisting the Manager with debtors, reconciliations, credit reviews & invoicing

To be successful:

• Strong background in data entry and Accounts Receivable
• Experience handling large data volumes
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
• Good knowledge of Australian geography
• Strong reconciliation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Process-oriented mindset
• Team player with a mature attitude
