My Pathway Facility Services currently has a great opportunity for an Account Receivable Assistant to join their Finance team in Banyo.
About the role:
We are looking for a passionate experienced and proactive Accounts Receivable Assistant on a Permanent Full-time position with possibility of flexible work arrangements. Taking on all AR related duties, you will be the go-to person for this area while reporting to the Finance Manager.

Role Duties include:
- Monthly Invoicing
- Processing Remittances
- Client Contracts – process new contracts and contract changes and related administration
- Credit Checks – process credit checks for new clients
- Credit Management – regularly checking overdue invoices and following up with clients to ensure timely payments.
- Reporting Aged Debts along with identifying delinquent Debtors
- Client Queries
- Monthly Statements
- Assist with EOM processes as required
- Assist AP when necessary – learning the AP function to help cover leave etc.
- Carry out tasks as required by the Finance Manager.
What you’ll need to be considered:
Demonstrating high levels of interpersonal skills including but not exclusive to:
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Highly organised with effective time management skills including the ability to work independently and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, team members and colleagues.
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Officesuite of programs, including word, excel, Power Point and outlook.
- Previous experience with Cleaning/Facilities ServicesIndustry is preferred.
- Previous experience with TemplaCMS or similar contract management systems is preferred.
