Effective communication is key, along with strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and organisational skills. The ability to maintain focus on tasks and meet strict deadlines is crucial. Previous experience in developing and implementing processes will enable a smooth transition into this role.
Moreover, we are seeking a proactive individual who can work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. To be considered, you must possess the legal right to live and work in Australia without restrictions, as NWRH does not offer Visa sponsorships. A criminal record check will be conducted for all final applicants, though individuals with such records are not automatically excluded. Each application will be assessed based on its merits. Additionally, holding a current, unrestricted Australian driver’s license and a valid Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening card (or eligibility to obtain one) are required.
