What You Will Be Doing
This administration role provides support to the Clinical Director of Women's Health and the Clinical Operations Assistant.
Part-time position (10hrs per fortnight)
Key Responsibilities
  • General administration support to the Clinical Director and Deputy Clinical Director
  • Administration support to the medical staff in the Department of Women's Health
  • Provide administration for clinical activities of the unit as required
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
  • Experience working with healthcare teams
  • Demonstrated administration skills
  • Skills in common software systems including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • Clear and effective communicator
  • Able to manage tasks independently and take initiative
  • Ability to organise events/activities
  • Able to work in a positive and supportive team culture
