Roles available currently:
1.Accounts Receivable/Credit control. Private Medical Clinic in Welshpool. Short Term. ASAP Start.
2.Accounts Receivable/Debt Management. East Perth. 3-6 Months possible extension for the right candidate. Start date in 2-3 weeks time. State Government Department.
To be considered for the position all candidates must have the below experience and skills:
- Previous experience in a Credit Controller or similar role
- Reconciliation of accounts / maintenance of ledgers
- Processing credit claims
- Attending to customer account queries
- Filing of invoices and administrative tasks
- Entering employee information
- Entering and approving timesheets
- Downloading timesheets into existing Xero software
- Onboarding processes
- Great organisational and communication skills
- Recent experience in working in a payroll type role (or similar) for state government.
- Ability to collect high volume receivables within credit terms
- Be able to work autonomously whilst meeting targets
- Have a great attitude, with a friendly and warm demeanour with clients
- Collection of overdue debts
- Reconciliation and maintenance of debtor ledgers
- Ensure that collections targets are met to improve cash flow
- Adhere to the credit policies and procedures
Your Profile
To be successful in this role you should have:-
- Desired experience with software Xero & BrightHR
- Experience with invoices, credit control and finance is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- HE number and/or Government experience is desirable.
