The Company We are currently working with a well-established Services Provider located in the Eastern Suburbs. We're looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on a temporary contract, however this role can convert to a permanent placement in the new year. As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you'll be responsible for: - Coding and data entry to debtor accounts.- Manage billing system, generate statements, and process additional charges.- Perform daily bank reconciliations.- Address inquiries and process adjustments to accounts.- Reconcile accounts, manage debtor invoices, and provide reports.- Be initial point of contact for discussing overdue accounts- Coordinate with external debt collectors- Initiate and manage new accounts.- Prepare and enter journal entries accurately.- Reconcile debtor accounts with general ledger.
