The Provedores supplies high-quality food products in the Mid-North Coast area, including Australian brands and local artisan producers. We prioritise excellent customer service and value personal relationships with our customers.
The Provedores operate from Coffs Harbour, Newcastle, Mullumbimby and Tamworth and have an extensive reach, servicing south from the Central Coast, Hunter Valley and Newcastle to Kingscliff in the north and west to the Tamworth/Armidale region.
The Role
Based in our Coffs Harbour office, this fast-paced role will involve undertaking end-to-end Accounts Receivable tasks, including account processing, cash sales, responding to account enquiries, account reconciliation, and debt recovery.

Key Accountabilities
- Accurately generate invoices/statements in a timely manner.
- Process transactions and reconcile daily.
- Maintaining appropriate records and reconciliations for all debtors and banking.
- Appropriately undertaking the banking.
- Debtor Management: Implement and follow procedures in the collection of debts.
- Prioritise work and manage expectations.
- Communicate articulately and efficiently with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Fostering a commitment to continuous improvement and collaboration to apply efficient and effective procedures.
- Work with accounting software programs and experience with Creditor Watch would be an advantage but not essential.

Role Requirements
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable processes listed above under Key Accountabilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced business dealing with a large number of debtors is desirable.
- A current Australian driver's licence & own transport is essential.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
