The Client specializes in providing high-quality equipment and services for the film and television industry. They offer a wide range of products, including cameras, lenses, and accessories, as well as support services such as equipment rental and technical support.
Description
- Allocate receipts daily and investigate all payments received by various methods.
- Resolve disputed credit claims promptly.
- Ensure invoices are checked, emailed, and files are accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor and collect overdue accounts, escalating if not resolved within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and regular communication with the sales team.
- Process account applications promptly, ensuring all necessary information is provided.
- Complete month-end processes for debtors, including producing reports and maintaining sub-ledgers.
- Provide monthly reports on collection status and bad debt provision, distributed accurately and on time.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional telephone manner, the ability to build and maintain relationships

- A minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable or credit control experience
- Good computer skills including intermediate level Excel skills; experience with Great Plains is highly desirable
