We are excited to be recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join the Feros Care team!
This role will be responsible for the efficient and effective processing of the organisation's Accounts Receivables and government subsidies, in accordance with legislative requirements, applicable accounting standards and Feros Care's approved policies, procedures and programs.
This is a full-time position offered on a permanent contract based in our Coolangatta office.

The role:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of billing processes for all clients in accordance with current legislative requirements/guidelines and company policies and procedures
- Maintenance of client debtors' records, calculation, processing, and adjustments
- Respond/resolve all debtor enquiries in an accurate, courteous, confidential, and timely manner
- Create bank files for debtor payments
- Assist with the review and follow-up of debtor balances on a monthly basis to ensure client accounts are current
About You:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel supported by highly developed entry skills
- Experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping and use of computerised accounting systems
- Proven analytical skills coupled with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Well-developed communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for liaising with staff and external stakeholders
