Accounts Receivable Officer

This growing and dynamic manufacturing business, require the assistance of an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their close knit finance team on a temp to perm basis in Northgate. You will be supported by the Finance Manager as a mentor and will have the opportunity to be involved in a new systems implementation.The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,

• Full function Accounts Receivable
• Banking, receipting and allocation of payments
• Bank and Account reconciliations
• Credit control and debt collections
• End of month journals
• Assisting with month end processing

About You
The successful applicant will have/be,

• Experienced in full function Accounts Receivable
• Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• Strong systems experience and Intermediate Excel
• A positive and professional, team focused approach
