The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join a Australian owned, environmental services provider with private equity backing. They are known widely for their positive impact across some of Australia's most important industries. 

Based in Truganina, this role best suits an Accounts Receivable professional with at least 2-3 years experience looking to make the next step into a established and growing organisation.

The Challenge

Reporting into the Shared Services Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring customers are billed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensuring customer’s queries are responded promptly via email/phone calls in order to maintain a high level of customer experience
• Understand Operational and Job Management systems to ensure proper flow of Information to Invoicing
• Responsible for month end process including sales accruals, customer spend actual/budget reporting etc.
• Assisting Shared Services Manager in developing and maintaining accurate costing systems
• Work closely with internal/external project teams to update and implement new systems covering invoicing, internal control and administrative processes
• Preparing ad-hoc reports to assist management decision-making and operational efficiency
• Document administration and other duties as required
• Good communication skills and ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Any other duties as assigned

The Expertise

• 2+ years Accounts Receivable experience
• Experience with ERP software will be highly regarded
• A high attention to detail and a strong work ethic as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
