Address Manufacturing company Your new company A leading manufacturing company based in the Western Suburbs of Australia is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer with a drive for thinking outside of the box, customer service and problem-solving. Your new role
You will be responsible for processing end to end Accounts Receivable:
Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing and reconciliations
Reducing outstanding debtors and collection times
Analyse current debtors and other financial information to set credit regulations appropriately
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies
Maintain accurate records and data entry
Proactively spot opportunities for process improvement
Financial reporting
AOB
What you'll need to succeed
2+ years experience in Accounts Receivable
Proactive attitude
Able to problem solve
CRM systems knowledge and ERP systems
End to end Accounts Receivable exposure
Customer-centric approach with excellent written and verbal skills
Full working rights in Australia
