Established in 2011, Asset Construction Hire has grown into a company with over 600 elevated work platforms, plant machinery, and a wide variety of other rental equipment. Primarily, we have supported the Canberra construction industry and general trades that require working at height. As of 2023 we now have a customer facing depot open 7 days a week. We now have a location for customers to collect equipment any day of the week ranging from small hand tools to landscaping equipment, utes, tippers, vans, moving trucks and heaps of specialized equipment. We are an independent and locally owned business based in Fyshwick.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Using MYOB and our hire and tow truck software systems to receipt money, and manage account customer payments
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Daily email management
- New customer credit application vetting and processing
- Interact with customers regarding outstanding payments, invoice enquiries and updates to customer account information
- Manage customer insurance certificates of currency
- End of month invoicing rollover process
