The Opportunity
Our client is seeking 2 Finance Officers with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience. Ideally candidates will be able to start ASAP into a Federal Government Agency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Process payments accurately and promptly, adhering to terms.
- Handle customer invoices, ensuring compliance with terms.
- Monitor and recover overdue accounts.
- Support internal cost recovery activities.
- Assist in budget-related month-end tasks.
- Autonomously handle accounts payable and receivable decisions.
- Apply judgment and discretion in interpreting rules.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships.
Hourly rates $54.49 - $60.39 plus Super – paid fortnightly.
