As one of our Accounts Receivable Specialists, you will play a crucial role in claiming Home Care Package subsidies through the Government portal. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately inputting customers into the correct Service IDs and collecting subsidies from these IDs, ensuring thorough reconciliation of claims. What your role looks like: Collecting, receipting and managing payments Reconciliations, debt management and business partnering. Raising customer invoices and relevant billing tasks Customer service by phone and email with our clients Answering inbound calls related to customer accounts.
