Your New Opportunity:
A fulfilling 12-month fixed-term full-time opportunity is now available within our Home Health Finance Team. As one of our Accounts Receivable Specialists, you will be responsible for the reconciliation of Home Care Package Subsidy Funding ensuring that subsidies are reconciled accurately and in a timely manner. One of the major tasks of this role is finalisation of unspent funds for Home Care Package customers.
What your role looks like:
Collecting, receipting and managing payments
Reconciliations, debt management and business partnering
Raising customer invoices and relevant billing tasks
Customer service by phone and email with our clients
Answering inbound calls related to customer accounts
Excel work (Pivot & VLookup)

About You:
Experience working in a fast-paced Administration environment and ability to multi-task (essential)
Proven experience working in Accounts Receivable (essential)
Excel skills (VLOOKUP and pivot tables)
Excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with our clients
A strong interest in accounting and a genuine love for working with numbers
Experience working in reconciliation of home care package - unspent funds
Experience processing a high volume of work whilst maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy
Highly organised and can use your initiative working autonomously
A positive mind set and flexible approach to work and tackling issues
