Amarcon Group is an Australian-owned company, with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing/construction. Amarcon manufactures Structural Steel and Concrete Precast Wall Panels for the construction industry. There are over 30 employees, many of whom have been here since the start.
Qualifications & experience
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in accounting software( Sybiz preferred but not essential)
- Effective communication skills, Verbal and written with the ability to collaborate with others
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in financial management.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage invoicing, bill payments, and reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain organised and secure financial records, both electronically and in hard copy, to facilitate audits and inquiries
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports,

- Assist in accurately processing payroll when required
