In2 Access Services is a privately owned company specialising in access equipment hire, service, sales, training, and transport.
In2 Access Services has a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Accounts Receivable/Payable Officer at our Williamstown office. This is a role that offers plenty of variety and interesting challenges.
A competitive salary applies and can be negotiable based on experience.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting all credit checks and processing credit applications
- End-to-end accounts receivable
- Processing credit card payments
- Reconciliations
- Debt collection
- Credit reporting
- Daily banking
- Mailing of invoices and monthly statements
- Investigation of credit claims and raising credit notes
- Weekly debtors reporting
- Accounts payable
- Checking off and reconciling all invoices received
- Preparing monthly banking uploads for accounts payable
- Ad hoc administration
The successful applicant will have:
- Advanced computer skills including sound knowledge of MYOB and Excel
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task and time manage
- Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid working relationships
