Nova Cash Flow Finance is a non bank lender specialising in invoice factoring and working capital solutions for SME's. We are and small friendly team of experienced professionals and we are looking to grow our team to work with us in assisting SME's to grow there business using our different finance products
Qualifications & experience
- To be successful in this role, you should have a clear understanding of accounts receivable principles
- Well developed communication and organisational skills.
- An analytical and “problem solving” focus
- You should also have experience using accounting and general office / business software and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- You should have at least 2 years experience in AR and general office administration
- Be proficient with Microsoft ,Google Apps and keen to learn new applications and skills
- Be a positive and professional team player
Tasks & responsibilities
- Receipting and daily bank reconciliation
- Processing and approving client invoices
- Communicating with new and current clients by phone and email
- Communicating with Customers for queries and collections
- Verifying by invoices for funding by phone and email
- Liaising with customers and clients
