Due to internal movement, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant specifically with AR experience to join our finance team. This is a dynamic team who enjoy working together for mutually beneficial outcomes.
You will be led by a strong team lead who understands the role and more importantly remains hands on to support their team. With an exceptional leader at the Head of level, this team continues to go from strength to strength. This includes internal movements, as the team are coached and upskilled to ensure your career pathway with us is achieved.
About the role:
You will be working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve queries. Our people are key to our business, so you will be a team player and demonstrate a solutions minds set and a positive and proactive approach to your work.
As an individual contributor, day to day you will be working in a high velocity environment actioning the duties below:
- Setting up billing details in our in-house accounting system
- Processing invoices, credit notes and receipts
- Processing contract renewals and supersedes.
- Refunds and posting / allocations.
You will be a strong communicator with impeccable written and verbal skills. More importantly you will be a strong team player so jumping into ad hoc duties to support your work mates is critical to a successful team. Your ability to work autonomously and have a laugh is something that we value.
With a minimum of 6-12 months experience in a similar role and strong attention to detail, you will be a person who is looking for a career. We are proud of our team stability and that we grow from within.
