Overview
TravelManagers are searching for an enthusiastic and motivated Accounts Support Executive to join our finance department. You will be working as part of the team to support and service the network of Personal Travel Managers around the country.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Very high level oral and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Strong PC skills and travel accounting and systems experience.
- An eye for detail and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Proven ability to work to deadlines with excellent time management.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving skills and ability to demonstrate initiative.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Supporting the network of personal travel managers.
- Acknowledge and action accounts queries.
- Assist with mid and back-office support.
- Data entry and checking of financial transactions across the business.
- Debtors and Creditors maintenance, preparation, and authorisation of payments.
- Reconciliation of accounts.
- Host webinars to assist with ongoing training requirements.
- Support accounts team functions as required.
