Our client is involved in providing services into the mining sector and head office is in Maddington with parking provided. This is a WA-owned company that is successful and well-established and this is an opportunity to become part of the friendly and down-to-earth small office team in the capacity of Accounts all-rounder for 4 days per week. This is a permanent, part-time role.
If you have a solid accounts and admin work history in industrial or engineering sectors plus exposure to MYOB or Xero and you communicate well, we would welcome your application for this great opportunity. This is a chance to work as part of a team and autonomously at times and display your accurate data entry skills, your understanding of office and accounts processes and your ability to meet deadlines in an organised fashion.
More Details about the role:
- Flexible with the 4 days you work but Thursday is essential for payroll
- Accounts Payable and Receivable plus a small payroll once a week
- General admin support of the Accountant and Management
- 8.30am to 4pm with 30 minutes for lunch for 4 days per week. There is some flexibility working about 30 – 32 hour per week
- 5 people in the office with parking provided
- Role is autonomous at times and initiative and problem solving skills would be valued
- Pro rata paid leave
- Paying about $35 – 40 per hour plus super, depending on skills and experience
- Liaise with Management, suppliers and clients
