The primary responsibilities for this role involve:
- Process invoices and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and execute payments.
- Reconcile Accounts Payable transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments.
- Communicate with suppliers, resolve issues, and monitor payment statuses.
