Adaptive Bodies are looking to welcome an enthusiastic, personable and motivated Exercise Physiologist to our multidisciplinary team.
This position offers the opportunity to manage an existing caseload, and the capacity to build upon it. You will work alongside a Senior EP, receiving mentorship and support.
This position is open to both new graduates and experienced practitioners.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Current registration as an Exercise Physiologist with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) Agency.
- Well-developed communication skills and ability to develop relationships with clientele, professional networks, and colleagues.
- Experience in assessing and ongoing monitoring of clients in both individual and a group setting.
- Strong work ethic and passion to provide optimal services to clients.
- Willingness to maintain and build professional networks.
- Interest in working with patients referred under DVA, NDIS, My Aged Care, and chronic disease management plans
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with colleagues, local GPs, Case Managers, other allied health professionals and specialists.
- Current First Aid and CPR and ability to obtain relevant Police Check and Working with Children’s Check.
- Has rights to work in Australia.
