About the role
This role can be remote based anywhere in AU, or based at our lovely Melbourne Campus with hybrid setup.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring all regulatory and funding contract requirements are met. Reporting to the Head of Quality Assurance and collaborating closely with the Records Administrator, you will contribute to the overall quality assurance and regulatory compliance efforts for AE.
- Undertake a broad range of quality assurance activities, to ensure AE remains compliant with the relevant requirements
- Coordinate and advise staff on regulatory requirements and contract notifications
- Maintain a detailed understanding of regulatory requirements, funding contracts and new developments in the industry
- Participate in the development and preparation of documentation for extension of scope and registration purposes
- Assist with audits and participate in identifying areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, to support AE’s compliance efforts.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices
About You
- Certificate IV TAE or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the regulatory requirements for VET, HE and Schools.
- Technical Proficiency in student management and LMS; advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications e.g. SharePoint or similar systems
- Effective Communicator – ability to provide guidance to stakeholders, address inquiries, and ensure alignment with compliance objectives
- Organisational Skills- ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date policies and procedures to support AE’s compliance efforts
- Knowledge in risk assessment and at least three to five years’ experience in managing risks and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations (Desirable)
