Dunbar Services, which is located in Landsdale, is a successful industrial cleaning company servicing a diverse range of clients throughout Western Australia.
We are seeking to employ an Admin Assistant for our Operations Department based in Landsdale on a full-time basis (8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday).
Role and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responding to calls & service enquiries in a professional & courteous manner.
- Liaise with new and existing clients in scheduling service dates & times.
- Data entry into CRM and excel.
- Setting up site specific and technician inductions.
- Submitting site specific permits.
- Booking required hire equipment.
- Printing weekly rosters, including any updates.
- Provide relief support for Planning position.
- Completion reports and helping Sales Admin as required.
- Provide administration and other support as required from time to time.
Applicants must enjoy working in a varied position and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role requires someone who is accurate, self-motivated, and well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet the demands of the business.
Skills and Experience Required:
- A minimum of one year administration experience is essential.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Intermediate skills in M/S Office, with a strong emphasis on Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
