The Position 

• Supporting a TOP sales agent - keeping the wheels spinning in the back end whilst they focus on the front!
• Be an integral part of the success - must have the ability to build trusting relationships via phone call
• Point of contact for all buyers and sellers with everything admin &  marketing 
• Draft listing & offer paperwork + send sales advice sheets
• Assist with marketing and preparation of events

The Criteria  

• Experience in real estate sales/office admin or PA
• Outstanding customer service and administration 
• Strong communication both written & verbal
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Organised and excellent time management skills
