AddressElite surface protection is a small Australian company specialising in temporary surface protection. Due to rapid company growth, we are seeking a competent administration assistant to aid with the daily admin.
This is open for entry level applicants and experienced personnel.
This is a site based role in Henderson WA.
Daily activities
- Scanning / filing
- Generation of quotes/invoices
- Site admin requirements
- Ordering of consumables
- Timesheets
- Minute taking
- Assisting company directors
- Among other administrative tasks
Work Hours
This role will be Monday to Friday 0700 to 1500
(these hours are slightly flexible for applicants that have school drop off etc.)
Salary
(dependent on applicant) Est. $60k Annually, paid fortnightly.
Plus superannuation.
Pre-requisites / attributes
- Clean police clearance
- White card
- Current Drivers licence
- Australian Citizenship
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Punctual with good time management skills
- Good understanding and use of Xero
