We are a growing small family business that provides pump systems and solutions predominantly to the mining and industry sectors. We are currently looking for a full time administration assistant to help with daily activities.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Emailing.
- Answering the phone.
- Data entry and file management.
- Booking in freight
- General admin support
Qualifications & experience:
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
No experience needed. On the job training to be provided.
