ABOUT US:

THE ROLE:
As our Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for the day to day running of our busy office, delivering prompt and professional service to our customers.
As part of your role, you will be required to;
- Maintain the busy telephone system
- Manage and maintain the scheduling of jobs and booking in new jobs
- Preparing and sending out invoices for jobs that are completed
- Day to day admin tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Honest and reliable
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Polite, friendly, and professional demeaner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at the one time
- This is a very busy and fast paced office, so you will need to be able to work well under pressure
- Confidence with interacting with all types of personalities
- Must be available to work two full days per week 9am - 5pm
- Intermediate computer skills (word / excel / email and willingness to learn our CRM system)
