Waves of Kindness Ltd is a charity in Noosaville seeking to break the oppression of poverty, violence, sickness, distress and other social injustices. We do this by raising funds through our Oppshop and other business ventures to support our community programs.

This is a hands-on role as an Administration Assistant providing support to the Care Team for Emergency Relief & Breakfast club working closely with the Operations manager and our wonderful staff and volunteers. Some of the tasks will include:-
- general administration support
- data entry using various computer programs
- processing of financial requests
- shopping for care packages
- attending community meetings (including schools visits)
Staff are expected to be proactive in safety, keep to a code of conduct, and liaise with other departments for collaboration. A culture where morning tea to uplift each other is as important as productivity.
The position could suit school hours: 5 days per week (5 hours each day) part-time. Working Monday - Friday.
Starting from $26.18 per hour (+super +penalties). We are looking for a team player with excellent admin skills who puts people and safety first. Dedicated to making a positive impact, by bringing compassion, empathy and an understanding approach to work.
As this is a charity which works with vulnerable people you will be required to supply a police background check and be eligible for a blue card before commencing the role.
