Paradise Pools Australia sell, design and install pools throughout Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Redlands and Logan. We are one of the leading pool builders in Queensland. We pride ourselves on positive team culture and providing a great customer experience.
We are seeking a highly motivated, intelligent administration assistant to join our team. Flexible work hours with some work from home for the right candidate. Construction related experience good but not necessary. Pools even better but not necessary.
A proven track record of managing workflow and applying a high attention to detail to complex tasks is required. This could be in the form of a university degree or previous administrative or managerial employment.
Examples of the work to be carried out are:
- Communication with customers, staff and suppliers
- Placing orders for pool shells and equipment
- Assisting in lodging Building Applications
- Managing Facebook Ads and Posts
- Working with Google Drive, Word, Excel, Email & Job Management Software
2 to 3 Days per week to start.
A 9-2 with some WFH before and after, may be an example of what is possible for the right candidate.
Potential to increase hours as skills are gained.
The personal attributes required to be successful in this role are:
- Thorough attention to detail
- Effective time management and organisation skills
- Google Drive, Word, Excel, Email and computer experience
- Professional conduct in person, on phone and via email
- Positive and friendly attitude to co-workers and customers
- Confidence to speak up and address issues
