- Temporary to Permanent administrative position Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing executive assistant duties such as booking flights and accommodations directly for senior management.
- Handling invoicing and receipting of goods.
- Managing reception duties, including answering inbound calls. This role tends to be busier in the morning, requiring someone with sales acumen to understand caller inquiries and direct them appropriately.
- Working either from 9-5 or 8-4, Monday to Friday.
- Demonstrating prior proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (specifically Greentree ERP). Training will be provided as needed.
- We seek a dynamic individual who is eager to assume this role and progress into other positions within the organization.
- An interview and a Drug Alcohol test are required for consideration.
