We are a young but growing company and seek two Admin Assistants with room to expand into different roles. Mature age people are invited to apply.
Responsibilities:
You will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company. Day to day tasks include but not limited to scheduling appointments, handling incoming/outgoing calls, communicating with legal firms and insurance companies, processing and managing medical records as well as emailing the documentation for appointments to our various specialists. Your can-do attitude is very much appreciated in a varied and interesting role as well as your ability to work independently and to troubleshoot problems. Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
Preferred Requirement:
Experience in medical as an administrative assistant, medical terminology and different medical specialties is preferred but not essential with the right candidates who are willing to learn. (No travellers, no students)
