In this role, you will:
- Assist the inventory team with order processing and management of medical supplies.
- Proactively chase outstanding orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and data entry.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and healthcare staff.
To be successful, you will have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workloads effectively.
