The NOT so Silent Business Partner is a Bookkeeping Practice with a 300+ small to medium business clients. Our Niche' is The Construction Industry, however, we have client across most industries.

We are looking for 2 Full-time Rockstars to be valued Team Members at our Offices in Wyong.
The role is an Admin Role (We call it “The Traffic Controller”). Essentially all communicaiton, be it email, telephone, messages need to be assessed for urgency and allocated correctly within our systems. Additionally, chatting with our clients, discussing their needs and understanding how to assist them requires some great Customer Relationship skills.
There are may other activities where we require some Data Management help with our clients, lodging Compliance Activities, Data Management in their Job Management Systems, Spreadsheet and Task Management and Management Reporting within our Clients Accounting Systems.
This role is considered fast paced and you will never be bored, due to the variety of works undertaken

Work Hours
- Working Hours are typically 8:00am to 4:30pm.
- As our Business is a Bookkeeping Business, each quarter there is a 3-4 week period where the days may be slightly longer due to the BAS compliance requirements of our Clients.
Qualifications
- Business Admin or Bookkeeping Qualifications Certificates are preferable but not essential
The Salary Package selected will be determined by the relative experience of the applicant
