Admin Manager

Panelok Building Systems - we have a patented, prefabricated building system and supply builders with prefabricated buildings; think flat packed homes and buildings.

Our factory is located at Yatala 4207, Brisbane, Qld and we are growing quickly.

We are seeking an very organised and self-motivated individual to manage our internal business processes of day to day operations. 

Reporting to the Directors -This is a position of responsibility and leadership within our management team and will provide opportunity for advancement and higher earnings 

The role commences immediately on a 38 hour week

We are looking for a person with the following attributes - 

• Good natured team player
• Self-motivated, very organized, detail focused, and happy to take on responsibility and lead others to get things done.
• Experienced in data entry and the accounts operations for a business, (payable, receivable, payroll etc) preferably in Xero 
• Previous experience in the residential building industry, steel framed housing, the steel sheds market would be an advantage.
