Our client is a leading electrical and communications installation and service contractor who is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join the team as an Entry-Level Admin Assistant Trainee based in Kensington.
This is a BUSINESS TRAINEESHIP which requires you to work full-time (Mon-Fri) in an office environment gaining hands-on, practical experience. You will also complete a NATIONALLY RECOGNISED QUALIFICATION online during working hours! Most importantly, you will GET PAID all at the same time!
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Manage receptionist duties, including answering phones and greeting visitors
- Perform ad hoc tasks and support the team as needed
Skills & Experience:
- No prior office experience required
- A strong desire to learn and develop administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
