Billing, Rostering and Admin Officer
Monday to Friday position available for an experienced person in our boutique NDIS establishment located in Tingira Heights. Working with a great team you will be responsible for general administration, NDIS claiming and billing, Rostering and additional tasks as they arise -
Responsibilities
Billing through Government Portals
Calculating and distribution of invoicing and bill reports including reconciliation.
Word processing of letters, service summaries, service agreements, reports and other documents.
Preparation and maintenance of spreadsheets relevant to the program area claiming.
Collating and managing information in regard to NDIS funding for participants.
Liaising with Support and Service Coordinators in preparing service summaries, bookings and agreements.
Maintain data records and tracking participant plan dates for program area.
Responding to Service Coordinators enquiries to check remaining funds on individual plans - checking portals, translating from lump sum to service delivery amount.
Assist in the creation and submission of quotes - funding breakdown/coordination of information.
Audits and reports ensuring compliance with NDIS regulations.
Work closely with NDIS participants and families.
Rostering.
Essential -
Have knowledge about the NDIS and the disability sector including SIL, STA, SDA and MTA
Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
NDIS worker screening clearance.
Current Driver's licence.
Working with Children's check
