Large well established commercial roofing company based in the Sutherland Shire area seeks a well organised & enthusiastic person to fill the role of Office Admin/HR Support at our head office in Taren Point.
The right candidate should be a strong communicator, diligent, well presented, with strong time management skills, excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Meet & greet all visitors & answer and screen all incoming calls.
- Co-ordinate meetings and all company events
- Office Administration
- HR Administration
- Onboarding of new personnel
- Payroll Processing
- Provide administrative support to Director & senior managers.
- Procurement of office supplies (stationery, staff amenities).
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products especially Excel
- Experience using Jobpac preferred but not essential.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great organisational skills
- Demonstrate attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task
- Proactive with a friendly & positive attitude, patient & flexible in your work approach
Remuneration
Remuneration will be based on previous experience, skills, and qualifications.
