Located in Seven Hills is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administration / Business Support Officer.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Team Leader some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls and redirecting to the appropriate contact
- Maintaining registers for training, inductions, uniforms vehicles etc
- Assisting with credit card statements – processing and reconciling
- Invoicing clients for activities completed
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Monitoring and ordering of general stationery and supplies
- Verifying timesheets confirming project codes
- Assisting with onboarding new employees and induction
- Adhoc duties as required
THE CANDIDATE:
To secure this opportunity the ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a similar admin support role – you are comfortable working within a busy team interacting across multiple departments
- Excellent attention to detail, speed and accuracy - you may have worked in a BUSINESS SUPPORT team or office coordinator position previously and looking for a new challenge when no day is the same
- Strong communication skills
- The availability to commence ASAP for at least a 6 month period. At this stage there is no fixed end date.
