Experienced Part time Senior Payroll/Admin Officer
Our team provides Administration Services, including weekly payroll processing, to Construction Companies based in NSW and Qld.
We are looking for an Experienced Senior Payroll person to join our team on a Part Time basis.
This role will start off 3 days per week, for 9 weeks from Mid May, starting with training and then holiday relief whilst one of our key personnel is on extended leave. After the 9 weeks, this role will drop back to two days per week, plus holiday relief as required.
Essential
High Volume payroll processing, including collation of allowances payable to employees, job costing payroll data when processing, calculating entitlements based on EBA directive.
Proficient in Excel
Strong attention to detail
A can do attitude
Experience in Creating and managing adhoc reports not available in payroll software, and as required by management
Payroll End of Financial Year experience
Experience in administration of employer accounts
Familiar with STP requirements
Strong data entry skills
Experience in assisting with implemetation of processes, inlcuding improvement to payroll services, such as creating processes, internal training and support as/if required.
Preferable
Experience with Micropay and associated payroll add ons/applications.
Experience with diverse payroll in a construction enviroment
