Currently seeking for eighteen (18) Admin / Receptionists across multiple WA locations to join their busy team for an 18-month temporary assignment.About the roleAs an Admin / Receptionist, you will undertake procedural, clerical, administrative support and operational tasks including some basic research and analysis activities. In addition, your key duties are as follow:
- Provide counter/reception support for the local office including client enquiries in the self-help kiosks and online support.
- Resolve customer enquiries, providing information and/or referring customers to appropriate government or community services.
- Manage the team shared email inbox, appointments and telephone enquiries.
- Coordinate appointments with the use of Agency office facilities and ensuring facilities are accessible for participants.
- Undertake research and investigation activities and preparing associated reports and correspondence.
- Undertake a range of data entry activities and ensuring follow up is completed.
- Receive and record complaints and other feedback in the system.
- Proven experience in administration, customer service, or client facing roles
- Strong understanding of remote locations and our First Nations People
- Passion for continuing to develop cultural competency
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to handle competing deadlines and priorities
- Immediate start pending clearance
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- $37.36 per hour + super
