Wirraka Maya Health Service Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Receptionist at our South Hedland clinic. This full-time, permanent position falls under the Administration department and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of essential healthcare services to the community. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing efficient and professional administrative support within the clinic.
**Your main tasks will include:**
- Greeting and assisting clients and visitors in a courteous and respectful manner
- Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Coordinating appointments and managing the appointment schedule
- Handling general inquiries and providing accurate information about the clinic's services
- Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assisting with general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Collaborating with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the clinic
