MacTrack are currently seeking an enthusiastic receptionist. This is a permanent, full time position based in Bayswater, WA,
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- General reception duties (answering phones, greeting & attending to guests, couriers and deliveries)
- New client set up in Xero, Salesforce, Telematics Guru
- Preparation of invoices and purchase orders
- Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Data Entry
- General filing
- Ad hoc administration tasks as required to support other team members
To be successful in this role you will have/be:
- Previous office administration experience
- Experience with Xero is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Have a 'can do' attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
