This is an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join a dynamic Plastic Surgery Practice. They will assist in the provision of secretarial support services for a Plastic Surgery Clinic.
The ideal candidate is one who is interested in working in this role for the longer term. Experience in a similar medical role is preferred but not essential.
You will provide administrative support to the doctors and the management team.
This position for part/full time requires travel between Darlinghurst and Bankstown.
You'll be responsible for:
- Booking, arranging appointments in a timely and efficient manner
- Liaising with patients, doctors and hospital staff
- Dictation and sending out letters
- Assisting front desk with patient flow and administrative tasks
- Managing phone and email inquiries
- Invoicing and receipting patient accounts
- Theatre list management
- Surgical quotes
- General office duties
Successful candidate will have:
- 2+ years customer service and/or administration experience
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner
- Ability to multitask and display attention to detail
- Mature, flexible and committed attitude
- Excellent computer skills and desire to learn
- Friendly to patients and staff
