Our Client:
This is an exclusive opportunity to join an Australian owned Energy storage firm. This company has been well established for over 30 years and has excelled within the Battery market for their specialised services. With big brand names as their clientele, they have been excelling in product quality and supply chain. Due to an internal promotion, they are now looking for an Administration Manager on a full time, permanent basis in their Arndell Park office.
Your Duties:
In this role, your primary objective is to mentor three reports whilst continually improving operational efficiency. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Oversee customer orders and be the main point of contact for any escalations.
- Review administrative processes and policies, making improvements when necessary.
- Maintain and build positive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor team members with a focus on growth trajectory.
- Ad hoc duties as required.

About You:
- Possess a significant amount of experience in a similar role with a focus on people management.
- Experience using Dynamic 365 is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated track record in implementing strategies to enhance process efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Strong people management skills coupled with proven leadership experience.
