Administration - Accounts Officer, Winnellie NT
We are a local Plumbing Business seeking a self-motivated, dynamic, reliable Accounts Administration Officer with experience to join our team.
The applicant must possess the following skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role in which you can demonstrate your knowledge.
- MYOB / Xero experience or similar accounts program
- ServiceM8 experience but not essential (training provided)
- Strong Communication Skills, verbally and written.
- High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and within scheduled time frame
- Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, private and government agencies.
- Confident in telephone communications
- Must be punctual, committed and have the ability to self start.
- Be able to multi task and prioritise work load.
You will be responsible for but not limited to
- Day to day administration operations including monitoring and responding to emails, answering phones, filing, data entry,
- Accounts – End of Month reconciliations / receivables / payables
- MYOB EOM Reporting
- Fleet Management
- Licence renewals / applications
- Provide day to day administration support to the Administration Manager/ Supervisors ,
- Contract administration - monitoring and updating contracts, compliance ,
Training provided and remuneration discussed on experience.
