Greenwald Pty Ltd is the Elders Insurance Agency in Warragul where we have a vacancy for a Administration and Claims Officer
The Role:
Claims Management – You will be responsible for:
- Lodgement and ongoing management of Commercial, Domestic and Motor Claims
- Build rapport and provide superior customer service to our claimants.
- Liaise and engage with all relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient management and finalisation on the claim.
- Manage the expectations of our clients, assessors and repairers.
- Act within Legislative requirements
Administration Officer – You will be responsible for:
- Assist with the Management of renewal processes
- Revision and review of customers insurance covers
- Processing insurance quotations, new business, and renewals
- Office administration, telephone enquiries and credit control
- Attending to customer enquiries including Personal Lines, Business and Rural
To be successful in this role you must be able to display the following skills:
- A knowledge and understanding of the principals and procedures for managing claims.
- Display a high level of computer literacy and accuracy with data input.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Have Tier 1 & Tier 2 accreditation in Australian Financial Services Reform Act 2001 (FSRA) Insurance
- Knowledge of claims regulations and legislation
- Experience and knowledge of Commercial and Domestic Insurance Products
